  1. Jio can be held liable for RComm’s AGR dues: The Supreme Court today asked for govt if Jio can be held liable for RComm’s AGR dues when they are generating revenue from the shared spectrum. The govt agreed to support any decision of SC to help the recovery of AGR dues.
  2. A plea NEET and JEE exam seeking postponement Supreme Court dismissed: The Supreme Court dismissed a plea seeking postponement of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and Joint Entrance Examination (JEE), which was scheduled to be held in September 2020.
