TRANSGENDER COMMUNITY GETS THE RIGHT TO INHERIT ANCESTRAL AGRICULTURAL LAND: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath cabinet cleared an amendment to the UP-Revenue Code of 2006, removing the limitations of No-men-culture in inheritance law which only mentions Son, daughter, married, unmarried, widow. (The changes have been made to section 4(10), 108(2),109 and 110 of Up-Revenue code 2020)
